

okay so, guess what guys?
today i weighed for the first time since febuary 9th.
and i have lost seven pounds!!!

wow ok hi
sorry it’s been so long since i last posted! let’s see, tonight i JUST NOW got my exercise equipment set up..so tonight was my first official workout!
my cousin melody and i ran 10 minute intervals on the treadmill listening to really awesome glee songs
when i wasn’t running i was lifting 10 lb weights (i know, not that much but hey i’m just starting out) and either doing jumping jacks or sit ups and attempting to do the shake weight without laughing my ass off (it’s just awkward for me)
anyway, i burned 214 calories just on the treadmill! and between melody and i, we ran 2.7 miles! weeeee!
i feel pretty good about myself for my first official workout.
hope i can keep this up!!
